The Employee Benefits Group, Inc. (EBG) is a leading employee benefit brokerage and consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Since our founding in 1987, we have grown steadily serving numerous corporate and non-profit clients throughout the region. While our roots are in Benefits Consulting, our focus has expanded as the marketplace has evolved, demanding a more service oriented approach for Payroll, HRIS Integration, and Technology Consulting.

Our areas of expertise encompass the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs. EBG has affiliations with over 40 insurance carriers and Third Party Administrators allowing us to offer our clients a broad array of benefits plans in this ever-changing marketplace. Our expertise in working with multi-location organizations and companies has allowed us to expand our client roster from the Washington metropolitan area to companies throughout the United States and around the world.

As a privately held company, we are not burdened by earnings-per-share performance pressure and do not have individual profit centers.
